Scope of Work
The selected contractor will provide a complete, turnkey solution including:
- Delivery of a core set of up to forty (40) High Definition (HD) channels (minimum 720p/1080i), covering categories such as major national news (CNN, Fox News, MSNBC, BBC World News), financial news (CNBC, Bloomberg), local news affiliates, weather (The Weather Channel), national sports (ESPN, ESPN2, FS1), and general entertainment (USA, TNT, TBS, A&E).
- Provision of all necessary reception and distribution equipment, which must be new, commercial-grade, and compatible with the Government's Haivision encoder.
- Professional installation and configuration of the system at GLWCH, 4234 Illinois Avenue, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri.
- Ongoing technical support and maintenance, including 24/7/365 availability via a toll-free number, with specific response and restoration times (e.g., 95% of outages resolved within 24 hours).
- Responsibility for all broadcast, retransmission, copyright, and licensing fees.
