Services are for 63 aircraft, including K/C-130J, KCC-130T, C-40A, UC-35C/D, and UC-12F/W, with an estimated 10,000 flight leg segments annually.

  • Domestic and International general aircraft flight planning and dispatch services.
  • Flight plan filing with ATC, flight following, weather and NOTAM updates, DIPS tracking, and charting delivery to EFBs.

No entitlement to payment will arise from submissions. Respondents must adhere to CNAF M-3710.7 NATOPS, 14 CFR Part 121, and relevant aircraft flight manuals. Contractor dispatchers must be available 24/7/365 via ACARS/radio for in-flight assistance. The current support is provided by Boeing Digital Solutions, Inc. on contract N0018925PZ246.
