Purpose & Scope
This RFI aims to gather information from qualified and interested 8(a) firms with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), equipment, and capability to perform general or specialized construction services. Preferred participants will have the capability to perform trade work with in-house staff.
Work associated with general construction projects includes renovation, alteration, repair, and demolition services (e.g., asbestos, lead paint, mold remediation). Specialized work may include electrical, roofing, and mechanical services. Contractors must provide labor, supervision, materials, equipment, tools, parts, supplies, and transportation, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, accident prevention, environmental protection, and waste management.

Submission Requirements
Responses are limited to 5 pages in length and 5MB in size. Submissions must include the information requested in the attached "RFI_Questionnaire" and a Capability Statement. The questionnaire requests:

- Socioeconomic Categories: Indication of Small Business, 8(a), HUBZone, WOSB, VOSB, or SDVOSB status.
