- Amenities: Six on-site, reserved, structured parking spaces are required, plus additional parking per local code. Potential for roof access for antenna installation and approximately 250 ABOA SF for a vending facility.
Contract Details & Financials
- Lease Term: 15 Years (10 Years Firm).
- Occupancy Date: On or about June 7, 2027.
- Tenant Improvement Allowance: $58.956 per ABOA SF.
- Anticipated Tenant Improvement Overage: Approximately $141.12 per ABOA SF.
