Scope of Work

The space must be above ground, contiguous (horizontally and vertically) on one or more floors, and not split by a public corridor. Key requirements include a minimum 15,000 ABOA SF floor plate, 25-foot column spacing, and a 9-foot clear ceiling height. The building must be of modern quality, sound construction, and if not new, must have undergone modernization or adaptive reuse. The lease will be fully serviced, and the space must not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Security constraints limit signage indicating a federal agency presence, and irregularly shaped spaces are not acceptable. All offered space must meet Government standards for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability, and entities must comply with telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA.
