The offered space must comply with Federal, State, and Local jurisdiction requirements for fire and life safety, security, accessibility, seismic, energy, and sustainability standards. It must be fully serviced and not located within the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain. Bidders should also be aware of telecommunications prohibitions under Section 889 of the FY19 NDAA.
