Scope of Work
This requirement involves the procurement and installation of a Generac SG050NA (or equal) 50kW Gaseous Genset, including a transfer switch and accessories, to ensure backup power for critical loads at the ITS building I10C at the Table Mountain Advanced Communications Test Site. Key tasks include:
- Site Preparation and Evaluation: Conducting surveys, load studies, and verifying code compliance.
- Concrete Pad and Mounting: Preparing the ground, pouring a reinforced concrete pad, and securing the generator with vibration isolators.
- Generator Installation and Wiring: Positioning the generator, connecting the LP vapor fuel system, and ensuring NFPA 110 compliance.
- Electrical Connections: Integrating the generator with the existing 120/208 VAC, 3-phase, 60 Hz system, installing a 125 Amp Thermal-Magnetic Breaker, and configuring the Power Zone Pro Digital Control Panel.
- Transfer Switch Installation: Installing a 200 Amp, 3 Pole Transfer Switch in a NEMA 3R enclosure.
- Ancillary Systems: Setting up battery and heating systems, exhaust and critical grade silencer, and alarm/remote monitoring systems.
- Deliverables: System Installation Report, As-Built Drawings, User Manuals, and a Testing and Commissioning Report.
