Sole Source Justification
The Government does not own the data rights to purchase this part from additional sources, nor can it be purchased, developed, or obtained. Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation (CAGE: 99167) is identified as the only known source capable of meeting this requirement, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(C)(1) and FAR 6.302.
Response & Qualification
While a sole source action is intended, the Government will consider all proposals received within 45 days after the synopsis publication date (March 27, 2026). Interested persons may also identify their interest and capability to satisfy the requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. Award is contingent upon the offeror, product, or manufacturer meeting qualification requirements per FAR clause 52.209-1. Interested parties for subcontracting opportunities are encouraged to contact Hamilton Sundstrand Corporation.
