Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide comprehensive maintenance and repair services for sixteen (16) emergency generators and sixteen (16) automatic transfer switches. Services include:
- Manufacturer-recommended preventative maintenance.
- Diagnostic troubleshooting.
- Routine and emergency repair services.
- Submission of a site-specific safety plan with the proposal.
- Daily Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) for maintenance activities.
- Coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) for all work, including traffic lane shutdowns.
- Providing a list of anticipated employees two weeks in advance for site access.
