Submission & Evaluation

Proposals received within forty-five days (or thirty days if under an existing Basic Ordering Agreement) after the original publication date will be considered by the Government to determine if a competitive procurement is feasible. The Government retains discretion not to compete based on responses. Offers must be for the total quantity; partial offers are ineligible. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001.
