Scope of Work
The requirement is for two complete generator lug crimping systems. Each system must include:
- Remote Hydraulic Crimp Head Assembly: TBHD1M or equivalent (Mil PN: MS25441-01), 12.0 Tons, 8 AWG to 4/0 AWG crimping range, accepting MS90485-03 dies, compliant with TO 1-1A-14 for 3/0 Copper wiring lugs.
- Air Powered Hydraulic Pump: HPU11M or equivalent, foot-actuated, pneumatically powered, 10,000 PSI max output.
- Adjustable Base Mount: BM-2A or equivalent, 3-axis adjustable.
- Go-No-GO Gages: Equivalent to PN G837 (MS90485-03 die set).
- Air Hose Assembly: 12-4040 or equivalent, 10 feet long.
The system must ensure compatibility with existing depot-level crimping dies and comply with Technical Orders (T.O.) 1B-52H-2-23 and 1-1A-14 for reliable electrical and mechanical connections. Deliveries are FOB Destination to Tinker AFB, OK 73145.
