Services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) recommendations. Key tasks include:

  • Semi-Annual Planned Maintenance: A comprehensive 99-point inspection covering engine electrical, generators, safety controls, instrumentation, air induction & exhaust, lubrication, cooling, fuel systems, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).
  • Annual Maintenance: Fuel system filter replacement, lubricating system oil and filter replacement (with independent lab oil sampling), and generator bearing lubrication.
  • Emergency Services: 24/7 on-call availability with a required three-hour response time after receiving a service request.
  • Repairs: All parts must be new OEM or OEM equivalent, with a one-year guarantee on labor and materials. Repairs under $2,500 require Government Purchase Card (GPC) holder approval, while those over $2,500 require a formal modification by the Contracting Officer. An initial repair quote for a specific ONAN 50kW generator deficiency is required with the proposal.
