Submission & Evaluation
Offerors must submit quotes to jorge.somoza@usda.gov by May 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM PDST. Late quotes will not be accepted. The quotation package must include a completed SF-1449 (blocks 17a, 30a, 30b, 30c), SF-30 Amendments, and the provided Schedule of Items; vendors should not use their own pricing format. An active SAM registration is required. Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, considering technical advantage, fair and reasonable pricing, and past performance. Prices must be held for 30 calendar days from the offer receipt date.
