This solicitation is for the rental of six (6) portable generators and six (6) portable light towers to support Exercise Trembling Earth, a joint exercise scheduled for late May 2026. The objective is to secure temporary power and lighting solutions.

• Generators: Six (6) portable generators, trailer-mounted, with an operating range of 19-29 kW, diesel-fueled, with a minimum 12-hour run time.

• Light Towers: Six (6) portable light towers, trailer-mounted, with LED lighting, a minimum 25' vertical mast height, diesel-fueled, with a minimum 12-hour run time.

• Servicing & Maintenance: Equipment must be in good working order. Contractor must provide on-call maintenance/repair, responding to service calls within 4 hours and providing a replacement unit if repair cannot be completed within 8 hours.

• Fueling: Contractor provides units with a full tank of fuel upon delivery. Government is responsible for subsequent refueling.

• Period of Performance: May 22, 2026, to June 15, 2026.

• Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.

• Evaluation: Award will be based on best value, considering technical acceptability and price. Offerors must provide sufficient data to demonstrate capabilities.

Wage Determination

This document, Wage Determination No.: 2015-4515, Revision No.: 33, dated 12/03/2025, establishes the minimum wage rates and fringe benefits for various occupations performing work in Georgia, specifically in the counties of Camden, Charlton, and Pierce. This determination is issued under the Service Contract Act.

• Applicability: This wage determination applies to contracts subject to the Service Contract Act. Bidders must ensure their proposed wages and benefits meet or exceed these rates.
• Occupational Listings: The document provides a comprehensive list of occupations, each with a corresponding code, title, and minimum hourly wage rate. These range from administrative and clerical roles to automotive, health, technical, and transportation occupations.
