This Request for Quotation (RFQ) seeks offers for planned maintenance and inspection services for the U.S. Embassy in Mexico City's low-voltage diesel standby generator systems. The objective is to ensure all serviced systems are in good operational condition.

• Services: Semi-annual and annual preventive maintenance, including detailed inspections, cleaning, fluid/filter replacement, battery servicing, engine system checks, cooling system service, and electrical system checks.

• Testing: Includes no-load and load testing (minimum 1 hour under load, or 2 hours with a load bank at 80% capacity if facility load is insufficient or causes wet stacking).

• Equipment: Maintenance covers six (6) Caterpillar (CAT) 3516C generators (2812-2817 KVA each) and associated systems (fuel, cooling, starting, transfer, control, paralleling switchgear).

• Supplies: Contractor must provide all necessary expendable parts (filters, fluids, hoses, belts, etc.) and common parts, ensuring they are OEM approved and meet manufacturer specifications.

• Repairs: Repairs are not included but current labor rates for potential repairs discovered during maintenance must be provided. Any necessary repairs require separate authorization and a Purchase Order.

• Documentation: Requires submission of a Safety Plan, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), maintenance checklists, chemical analysis reports, and detailed maintenance reports after each visit.

• Personnel: Technicians must be qualified, trained, and certified. Background checks and security clearances may be required for access to certain areas (CAA/PCC).

• Security: Strict adherence to Embassy security protocols, including personnel identification, vehicle access procedures, and potential security clearances for work in Controlled-Access Areas (CAA) and PCC areas.
