The contractor must supply all necessary OEM-approved expendable parts. While repairs are not included in the base services, current labor rates for potential repairs must be provided, with separate authorization required for any repair work. Required documentation includes a Safety Plan, Job Hazard Analysis (JHA), maintenance checklists, chemical analysis reports, and detailed maintenance reports.
