• A Sources Sought Notice (SSN) was posted to SAM.gov from February 23, 2026, to March 5, 2026, with no responses received.

• The solicitation contains DLAD Procurement Note L22, which advises Offerors interested in qualifying their product for future acquisitions to contact the design control activity specified on the source control drawing.

• The acquisition is restricted to Keysight Technologies (CAGE 7ZXR5) as the only known source with the capability to furnish the required supplies and approved by the design control activity.

• The item is deemed commercial per FAR 2.101(b)(1)(ii).

• The Marine Corps does not intend to procure the technical data necessary to promote competition.
