This amendment is to inform all potential vendors the government intends to proceed issuing an RFQ on NASA SEWP V for Genesys Cloud CX3 (Call Center) Products and Services ( Previously Titled Genesys Cloud Customer Experience IAAS) This is a competitive acquisition for a Woman Owned Small Business (WOSB) set aside. This will be a firm fixed price contract. It will be a one base year period with four 12-month option periods. Per FAR 7.102(a), Agencies shall perform acquisition planning and conduct market research for all acquisitions.
