Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide roll-off construction dumpster services to support construction, preservation, rehabilitation, maintenance, and building cleanout activities at Gettysburg National Military Park (GETT) and Eisenhower National Historic Site. The goal is to ensure timely and compliant removal and disposal of construction and demolition debris.

• Furnish roll-off construction dumpsters with a nominal capacity of thirty (30) cubic yards.

• Deliver and place dumpsters at designated locations within the Parks upon Government request. Delivery within 48 hours (excluding weekends).

• Dumpsters are for mixed construction and demolition debris, excluding hazardous materials.

• Dumpsters may remain on-site for up to four weeks, removed only upon Government request.

• Limit of no more than four dumpsters on-site at any time.

• Services include delivery, placement, rental, haul-off, and disposal.

• Ensure debris is removed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local disposal regulations.

• Maintain operational flexibility for multiple concurrent projects.
