Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force, specifically the 21st Contracting Squadron at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), is conducting market research through a Sources Sought notice for the Giant Voice Modernization effort. This initiative seeks a comprehensive, innovative solution to modernize disparate and aging Giant Voice (GV) and Mass Notification Systems (MNS) across four critical installations: Peterson Space Force Base (SFB), Schriever SFB, Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Station (CMSFS), and the United States Air Force Academy (USAFA). This is not a solicitation, and no contract will be awarded from this notice.

- Enhanced Interoperability: Seamless integration with existing emergency communication platforms (e.g., AtHoc).
- Cybersecurity by Design: Meeting stringent Department of Defense (DoD) cybersecurity requirements and achieving a Risk Management Framework (RMF) Authorization to Operate (ATO).
- High Availability and Reliability: An operationally available system (at least 99.5%) with redundant activation paths.
- Superior Intelligibility: Audio output meeting or exceeding Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC) 4-021-01 standards. Attachment 1 details the current infrastructure, which is crucial for understanding the existing systems.
