• Initially, quotes will be ranked by total cost. The three lowest priced quotes will be evaluated for technical acceptability and adherence to the Statement of Objectives.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334290, with a Small Business Size Standard of 900 employees.

• Incomplete quotes will be considered non-responsive.

• Offerors shall ensure compliance with the Statement of Objectives, or the quote will be considered non-responsive.

• Shipping costs must be included in the total quoted price.

• Direct shipment address is provided for Misawa Air Base, Japan. A consolidation point address for Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin (DDJC), Tracy Depot is also provided, with exceptions listed.
