- Diagnostic tests for REACT 5000 and associated computers, ensuring the latest software upgrades are installed.

- Providing emergency call-out services within 24 hours and non-emergency responses within 5 duty days. Field service representatives must be dispatched for unresolved emergencies.
Deliverables & Qualifications
Contractors must provide test and measurement data for all work, submitting electronic reports (Microsoft Word, Excel, or Adobe PDF compatible) to the 23 CS within five calendar days of completion. Personnel, including the Site POC and alternates, must be ATI certified and trained technicians and proficient in English. All work must adhere to Moody AFB's safety, security, traffic, and fire regulations, as well as OSHA standards (29 CFR 1910 and 1926).
