Scope of Work
The requirement involves providing comprehensive maintenance and sustainment services for the EMNS Giant Voice system at Moody AFB. Key objectives include:

- Inspection and testing of 3 base station locations (Command Post, Alternate Command Post, 23 CS/SCOTR Shop) and their EMNS power supplies.
- Diagnostic and functional testing of 11 siren locations, including quiet and functional tests (requiring prior approval for siren sounding).
- Inspection of siren poles, antennas, and verification of proper grounding.
- Load-testing batteries, checking charger voltage, and ensuring secure connections.
- Inspection of radios, antennas, and associated cables.
- Ensuring the latest software upgrades are installed on associated computers.
- Providing emergency call-out within 24 hours and non-emergency responses within 5 duty days. Emergency response may extend to 48-72 hours if a local technician is unavailable.
Deliverables & Qualifications
Contractors must provide test and measurement data for all work, submitting electronic reports to the 23 CS within five calendar days of completion. Personnel, specifically the Site POC or alternate, must be ATI certified and trained technicians and proficient in English. All work must comply with Moody AFB safety, security, traffic, fire regulations, and OSHA standards.
