Quick Summary
The Department of the Interior, National Park Service (NPS), specifically the Alaska Regional Office, has issued a Solicitation (140P9726Q0033) for the replacement of fuel dispensers at Glacier Bay National Park, AK. This opportunity, titled "GLBA REPLACE FUEL DISPENSERS," is a Total Small Business Set-Aside for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order. The project involves the purchase, installation, and integration of two new fuel dispensing systems. Offers are due by May 28, 2026, at 1700 ET.
Scope of Work
This project requires the contractor to remove existing marine and shore-side fuel dispensers, evaluate and modify Under Dispenser Containment (UDC) systems, and furnish and install two new fuel dispensing units. One unit will be a marine fueling dispenser, and the other a shore-side vehicle fueling dispenser. Both must feature a twin-hose configuration, electronic display, 20-25 GPM flow rate, and be compatible with gasoline/diesel. New dispensers must be UL/cUL listed and compliant with NFPA 30, NFPA 30A, and ADEC requirements. A critical component is the integration of these new dispensers with the park's existing FuelMaster system for communication, authorization, and transaction tracking.
