This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quote - RFQ) for a 30' x 60' Steel Boat Garage to be fabricated, delivered, and constructed at Lees Ferry, within Glen Canyon National Recreation Area, Arizona. The garage will be used to store fishing gear, boats, and equipment for non-native fish removal work.

• Fabrication, delivery, and construction of one (1) 30' x 60' steel boat garage.

• Structure: All-welded aluminum, 12-gauge minimum.

• Ground connection: Concrete anchors.

• Materials: New, non-corrosive, compliant with federal and industry standards.

• Dimensions: 60 ft (width) x 30 ft (depth).

• Roof: A-frame, horizontal orientation, 3/12 pitch.

• Doors: Four (4) steel, commercial-grade sectional garage doors (10 ft height x 12 ft width each), electric, motorized, located at the front elevation. Three (3) walk-in doors (84 in height x 48 in width), heavy-duty, insulated, located at front right, front left, and rear center.

• Windows: Four (4) standard, fixed or sliding windows (36 in x 36 in).

• Color: Exterior color to be determined by NPS upon award; contractor to provide a color chart.

• Deliverables include: Stamped engineering drawings, materials specifications, product data sheets, work schedule, warranty documentation, and completed installation.

• Compliance with applicable federal, state, and local building codes, OSHA regulations, and NPS construction/environmental requirements.

• Contract Type: Firm-fixed price commercial contract/award.

• Period of Performance: Fabrication, delivery, and construction to be completed no later than 90 days after Notice to Proceed (NTP).

• Quotes are due by 5:00 PM MDT on April 16, 2026.

• Evaluation will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA).

• Required submission items include: Checklist for quote submittal, signed SF18, signed amendments (if applicable), and completed provisions.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and have an active status.

• This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
