This is a combined synopsis/solicitation (Request for Quote - RFQ) for the replacement of the existing 5 Radio Dispatch Consoles at Glen Canyon National Park (GLCA). The current Land Mobile Radio (LMR) console is outdated and needs replacement with a modern system capable of Radio Over IP connections. The procurement aims to provide a "non-server" based solution, with Telex C-Soft or equal as an example.

• Supply and installation of 4 operational Radio Dispatch Consoles and 1 spare back-up/portable console.

• Each console must be capable of Multicast IP connection, direct interface via P25 DFSI signaling, and direct connection to end points without a server.

• The system must interface with the existing Eventide Audio Recorder.

• On-site operational training for NPS staff.

• On-site technician level training and certification for two (2) NPS technicians.

• Specific components required include: C-Soft 24-line SOFTWARE v8, Per-Line Call Playback Option, ADHB-4 Audio Interface Device, Desktop Gooseneck Microphone kit, Poly EncorePro HW710 Headset, Poly CA22CD Cordless PTT Adapter, and a Console Management System Package.

• A one-year warranty on all parts and labor is required, with an optional extended warranty.
