Scope of Work
The selected licensed fire systems contractor will be responsible for a comprehensive fire alarm system upgrade. Key tasks include:
- Performing a site assessment to determine specific component requirements.
- Complete removal of the current Firelite Fire Alarm System.
- Installation of a new system featuring a Notifier Addressable Firewarden Panel, Honeywell PS Series Power Supply, specific quantities of 12 AH and 18 AH Power-Sonic Batteries, an LCD Annunciator, various Addressable Photo Detectors, Monitor Modules, Miniature Monitor Modules, Wall Mount CO Detectors, Intelligent Duct Detectors, Addressable Relay Modules, Indoor/Outdoor LED Horn Strobes, and Addressable Notifier Pull Stations.
- Thorough testing of all individual components and the complete system.
- Restoration of all work areas, including drywall and paint.
- Provision of system documentation (manuals) and basic operational instruction to school staff.
