The American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC) is conducting a Sources Sought RFI for Global Enterprise Mobility Services. Scope of Work
ABMC requires enterprise mobile voice, data, and messaging services for its personnel across various global locations. Key requirements include:
- Subscription-based plans with always-on global roaming.
- SIM/eSIM support and multi-carrier access with dynamic carrier selection.

- Support for ABMC-furnished devices, compatible with Microsoft Intune, encryption, and remote wipe.
