- Demand Maintenance: Repairs and replacements for utility systems, mobile lab shelter components, and grounds infrastructure.
- Project Orders (POs): Non-recurring work for alterations, additions, or improvements to facilities, funded on a reimbursable basis.
- Inspections & Reporting: Routine inspections at manufacturer-recommended intervals and monthly reports of performed preventive maintenance. A warranty on all work performed is required.
