Scope of Work
The G-TEAD Library of Competed Capabilities serves as a flexible acquisition vehicle and innovation platform for TRL 6+ solutions, utilizing various acquisition pathways including FAR, OTs (10 USC 4021, 4022, 4023), BAAs, CSOs, and Prize Competitions (10 USC 4025). ACE #4, xTech | Kinetic Reach, focuses on Electronic Countermeasures, Counter Countermeasures, and Quick Reaction Capability Equipment (PSC 5865). Selected vendors will receive prize funds, demonstrate solutions in Germany, and may be awarded a Prototype OT Agreement (10 USC 4022) with follow-on production potential. G-TEAD also provides funding for ASCC commanders to purchase capabilities from winners.
