Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To restore the existing air conditioning system at the GLS Administration Building to operational service by repairing an inoperable compressor.

• Provide all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, and materials.

• Troubleshoot and repair leaks in the system.

• Reservice the system with R-407C refrigerant.

• Perform a complete leak test and evaluate system integrity.

• Clean the condenser unit.

• Evaluate the system for the cause of excessive head pressure.

• Perform startup and operational testing to ensure proper performance.

• Work must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal HVAC and refrigerant handling regulations, including EPA 608 requirements.

• All work must be performed by licensed HVAC technicians certified to handle R-407C refrigerant.

• Utilize industry best practices and manufacturer guidelines.

• Period: Work to be completed within fifteen (15) business days from notice to proceed.
