Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove existing vehicle gate systems and install new, fully functional, automatic horizontal cantilever sliding gate and operator systems. This includes field verification, disposal of old systems, design/fabrication/installation of new gates, installation of automatic operators with safety and detection devices, electrical connections, testing, and commissioning. Specific requirements include zinc-coated steel gates (84" height) and heavy-duty operators (minimum 60 ft/min speed, 2 hp motor, 208V AC 3-phase, NEMA 4 enclosure, UL 325 compliance, battery backup). Training for government personnel, documentation, and closeout submittals are also required.
