Purpose & Background
This Sources Sought is for information and planning purposes only and does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or Request for Quotations (RFQ). The DHA's Medical Research and Development Contracting Division 2 is seeking capabilities statements to identify experienced and interested potential business sources. The GMTI program successfully established a training infrastructure with 60 Master Trainers and 480 Facilitators across 9 networks. This SS addresses the Stewardship phase, focusing on maintaining capability, fidelity, and system-wide alignment to protect the government's initial investment and ensure long-term program success.
Scope of Work
The Government is seeking sources that can provide:
- Stewardship
- Coaching
- Alignment
- Sustainment oversight for the established GMTI program. This phase is not for additional implementation but for the sustainment and protection of the existing capability.
Response Requirements
Interested firms should submit a Capability Statement (maximum 15 pages, 12-point font) in PDF format. The statement should include:
- Company Cage Code, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), name, address, point of contact, telephone number, email, and company structure.
- Small Business Designation status (e.g., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, women-owned).
- Indicate relevant North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code(s). Companies must be registered in SAM.gov. Generic materials are discouraged.
