Contract Details
This will be a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. The period of performance for the Base Bid is 365 calendar days from the issuance of the notice-to-proceed (NTP), with an Option 1 period of performance of 120 days. The applicable NAICS Code is 238910 Site Preparation Contractors, with a business size standard of $19.0 Million.
Eligibility & Submission
This procurement is exclusively set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Bidders must be CVE verified prior to submitting a bid, registered in SAM with a UEI, and verified/certified in the SBA site and Vets 4212 compliant at the time of offer submission. Bids, which must include a bid bond for amounts exceeding $150,000, are to be emailed to Michael.Giaquinto2@va.gov. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required within ten calendar days after receipt of the award letter.
