- Insurance Coverage: Minimum BBD $100,000.00 per occurrence for bodily injuries (including passengers) and BBD $50,000.00 per occurrence for property damage.
- Financials: Premiums must be in Barbados dollars, and Value Added Tax (VAT) must be listed as a separate charge.
- Support Services: Provide managerial and administrative support, a representative for daily contract administration, and legal assistance for accidents at no additional charge.
- Reporting: Submit monthly status reports, semi-annual reports, and a complete list of covered vehicles.
