Candidate Requirements
- Experience: 10-15 years in government debt issuance, public borrowing management, public finance, investment banking, debt capital markets, or related fields.
- Citizenship: U.S. citizens only.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain a SECRET clearance.
- Medical Clearance: Ability to obtain State Department medical clearance for worldwide travel.
- Language Skills: Spanish fluency required for most Latin American posts; Portuguese and French highly desirable for Lusophone and Francophone countries.
- Skills: Strong communication and public presentation skills.
