Scope of Work
The contractor will perform bi-annual and monthly inspections and certifications for various equipment, including fume hoods, biological safety cabinets (BSC), laminar flow devices, isolators, and clean room environments (ISO Class 7, 8, and 5.14). Services include particle counting (USP 797 and ISO14644-1), HEPA filter integrity, airflow rate, room air changes, pressure differential, and airborne/surface sampling. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary parts, labor, transportation, equipment, and certified personnel, including Hazmat removal/disposal. Hardware and software upgrades required for correct function are also included.

Eligibility & Requirements
This is a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must be certified and listed in the SBA certification database at the time of proposal submission and award. Key requirements include:
- Accreditations: Proof of active ANSI/AB National Accreditation Board, ANSI/NCSL Z540-1, and ISO/IEC 17025 certifications.
