• Systems Included:

  • Fire Suppression Systems: Wet-pipe sprinkler systems, dry-pipe and pre-action sprinkler systems, standpipe systems, fire pumps, and associated control valves, supervisory devices, gauges, and alarms.
  • Fire Alarm Systems: Edwards EST3 systems, including fire alarm control panels (FACP), networked panels, remote annunciators, initiating devices (smoke, heat, duct detectors, manual pull stations), notification appliances (horns, strobes, speakers), power supplies, batteries, circuit supervision, and monitoring/communication interfaces.

• General Requirements: Furnish all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, documentation, and coordination necessary for annual preventive maintenance services.
