• Weekly: Damp mopping and spray buffing restroom/health unit floors, and sweeping sidewalks/parking areas/driveways (weather permitting).
• Every two weeks: Spray buffing resilient floors in secondary corridors/entrances/lobbies, and damp mopping/spray buffing hard and resilient floors in office space.
• Monthly: Thoroughly dusting furniture, completely sweeping/vacuuming carpets, sweeping storage space, and spot cleaning wall surfaces within 70 inches of the floor.
• Every two months: Damp wiping restroom fixtures, shampooing entrance/elevator carpets.
• Three times a year: Dusting wall surfaces within 70 inches of the floor, cleaning metal/marble surfaces in lobbies, and wet mopping/scrubbing garages.
• Twice a year: Washing interior/exterior windows, stripping and applying finish to restroom floors, and stripping/refinishing main corridors/heavy traffic areas.
• Annually: Washing venetian blinds, dusting surfaces over 70 inches from the floor (including light fixtures), vacuuming draperies, stripping/refinishing office/secondary lobby floors, shampooing corridor/lobby carpets, and cleaning balconies/ledges/courts/areaways/flat roofs.
• Every two years: Shampooing carpets in all offices and non-public areas.
• Every five years: Dry cleaning or washing draperies.
• As required: Maintaining plants/lawns, providing/installing/replacing light bulbs/ballasts/starters, and providing/emptying exterior ash cans.
• Pest Control: Implementing Integrated Pest Management (IPM) techniques as specified in the GSA Environmental Management IPM Technique Guide.
