Quick Summary
The Department of State is conducting market research through this Request for Information (RFI) to identify industry capabilities for providing a brand name Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) time and attendance software solution, specifically Ultimate Kronos Group (UKG) GovTA. This solution is intended to manage employee work hours and leave data for approximately 91,000+ users globally. Responses are due by June 26, 2026.
Scope of Work
The Government seeks a COTS Time & Attendance (T&A) software solution that includes software licensing (perpetual or subscription-based), implementation and configuration services, training and onboarding support, ongoing maintenance and technical support, and system integration with existing HR/Payroll systems. Key requirements include supporting over 91,000 users across global operations, phased deployment capabilities, data migration from legacy systems (historical timesheet data, leave balances, employee profile information), post-implementation stabilization support, and adherence to document retention requirements (up to six years). The solution should demonstrate minimal customization to meet these needs.
