Offerors must provide detailed product information, including product/model numbers and comprehensive descriptions, to demonstrate technical acceptability.
Additional Notes
This procurement is for Trimble brand land survey equipment, software, and training, justified by a Justification and Approval (J&A) for "Other Than Full and Open Competition" (FAR 6.302-1(c)). This is due to the need for interoperability with existing USAF equipment (89% Trimble) and to avoid significant mission delays and duplication of costs. While not a specific set-aside, contracting activities will attempt to prioritize and maximize small business distributors.
