This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.2. It constitutes the only solicitation, and no other written solicitation will be issued. The procurement is a Total Small Business Set Aside using NAICS code 423830 with a size standard of 100 employees. The government is seeking quotes for a "Brand Name or Equal to Graco Bare Unit/ 5 Hose Bundle".

• The primary requirement is for a Graco E10 HP Reactor (PN: 24T100) and a 5 Hose bundle (PN: 25R000).

• Salient characteristics are detailed in an attached document (Attachment 1).

• Quotes must include all requested line items to be considered responsive.

• FOB Destination pricing is preferred.

• Delivery is expected within 90 Days After Receipt of Order (ARO).

• Delivery Location: MCLB Albany, GA.

• Quotes must be valid for 90 days.

• Submission Deadline: No later than the date posted on SAM.gov. Submit via email to malik.jones-pierre@usmc.mil.

• Questions Deadline: Within 24 hours after receipt of RFQ via email. No phone questions accepted.

• Evaluation Factors: Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose quotation is most advantageous, considering price and other factors. The evaluation factors are: Technical, Price, and SPRS Evaluation.

  • Technical: Quotes meeting all specifications are technically capable.
  • Price Reasonableness: Evaluated based on total quoted price, including shipping.
  • SPRS Evaluation: Conducted per DFARS 204.7603.

• Award Basis: The Government reserves the right to award solely on initial quotes received.

• Total Small Business Set Aside.

• Offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM).

• Offerors must furnish a Unique Entity ID, Cage Code, and Federal Tax ID Number.

• Contractors bear the risk of non-receipt of electronically transmitted quotations and should confirm receipt.

• All awarded materials are expected to be delivered on the date specified; no partial deliveries will be accepted.

• Associated prepaid shipping costs must be identified in the quote and will be evaluated as part of the overall price.
