Scope of Work

DoDEA requires standards-aligned, digital health education instructional resources for grades 6-12. This includes:

  • Student Resources: Digital materials for 9-week courses (grades 6-8) and 0.5-credit courses (grades 9-12), aligned to National Health Education Standards, age-appropriate, and engaging.
  • Educator Resources & Assessments: Digital subscriptions for teachers and subject-matter experts, including standards alignment, scope and sequence, instructional strategies, and formative/summative assessments (preferably auto-grading).
  • Professional Learning: Synchronous webinars for teachers (15 hours per group for grades 6-8 and 9-12) during Base Year 1.
  • Technical Support: Industry-standard support with specific response times.

All resources must be COTS, 100% digital, research-based, and compatible with DoDEA's virtual learning environment (Schoology, Google Classroom) and ClassLink, supporting single sign-on. Compliance with IMS Global Consortium standards, SCORM®-compliance (if applicable), Section 508 accessibility, and FedRAMP Level 2 cybersecurity is mandatory. Data developed will be government property.
