This document outlines the requirements for a new 24-ft agricultural grain dump box bed, including a 30-ton scissor lift hoist, associated controls, and installation on a 2025 Freightliner 114SD truck. • Frame built using industry standard size metal.

• Sides with industry standard strengthening.

• Color options: white, red, gray, or black.

• Hydraulic high lift, one-piece tailgate with locking system and three grain doors.

• Dual 30-ton scissor hoist with electric or pneumatic valves.

• Rear pivot point of grain body 20 inches or less from the rear.

• Strengthening plate added to the rear of the truck frame at the pivot point.

• LED side marker lights.

• Hand crank, roll tarp system.

• Rear truck axles cannot be moved; shortening truck frame after rear axles is permitted.

• Remount turn signal and brake lights if necessary.

• All lights, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other lines must be secured for highway use.

• Installation must be on-site in Kimberly, ID, or within 200 miles.

• Truck model: 2025 Freightliner 114SD.

• Dimensions:

  • 179 inches from back of truck cab to center of front rear axle.
  • Spacing between tandem rear axles: 55 inches.
  • Distance from rear axle to end of frame: 88 inches.

• Transmission: Detroit DT12 automatic transmission.
