Scope of Work

Installation must occur either on-site in Kimberly, ID, or within 200 miles.

Submission & Evaluation
Quotations must be submitted via email ONLY to james.porter@usda.gov by February 10, 2026, at 4:00 PM CT. All questions must also be submitted via email to the same address.
Required submissions include:
- A fully completed and signed SF18.
- Attachment 01 – Specifications.
The evaluation method will be Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Technical acceptability requires meeting all specified requirements and having an "acceptable" past performance rating. Offers with higher prices than the LPTA offeror will not be further evaluated. Offerors must have an active UEI SAM registration.
