Real-time transcription is required, with specific turnaround times (e.g., Regular transcripts by the 10th business day). Videographer services may also be required.
Contract Details
This is an IDIQ contract with Time and Material (T&M) pricing. The period of performance includes a base year (April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) and four (4) one-year option periods. The contract has a minimum guaranteed amount of $5,000.00 over its life, a minimum order limit of $5,000.00, and a maximum order limit of $100,000.00. The acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS Code 561492 (Document Processing Services), with a size standard of $16,000,000. Department of Labor wage rates (Wage Determination No. 2015-4553, Revision 32) are applicable.
Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via email to elge.stevens@usdoj.gov by January 27, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST. Questions are due by January 13, 2026, to the same email. Proposals must be structured into four volumes: Key Personnel, Past Performance, Experience, and Price. Evaluation will give equal weight to: 1) Qualifications of Key Personnel, 2) Past Performance, and 3) Past Experience and Price.
