• Recording and transcription of Grand Jury and Deposition testimony.

• Services include:

  • Regular, Intermediate, Daily, Expedited, and Condensed Transcripts
  • Key Word Indexing
  • Additional and Exhibit Copies
  • CD-R, Audio Cassette Tape, and Videotape
  • Attendance Fees
  • Cancellation Fees
  • Travel Expenses (subject to Federal Travel Regulations)

• Real-time transcription is required.

• Transcripts must be delivered within specified turnaround times (e.g., Regular transcripts by the 10th business day after testimony).

• Specific formatting and content requirements for transcripts are detailed.

• Videographer services may be required.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) with Time and Material (T&M) pricing.

• Period of Performance: Base Year (April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) with four (4) one-year option periods.

• Minimum Guaranteed Amount: $5,000.00 over the life of the contract.

• Minimum Order Limit: $5,000.00.

• Maximum Order Limit: $100,000.00.

• Government-furnished property will not be provided.
