Scope of Work
The contractor will provide GraphPad software licenses for 190 systems that meet specific Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs). These MECs cover a broad range of functionalities, including:
- Statistical Comparison Tests: Paired/unpaired t-tests, ANOVA (one-way, two-way), Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and various nonparametric tests.
- Column Statistics: Calculation of mean, SD, SEM, CI, CV, frequency distributions, normality testing, and outlier identification.
- Regression and Correlation: Linear and nonlinear regression.
- Clinical Statistics: Bland-Altman plots and Receiver Operating Characteristic (ROC) curves. All software licensing, warranty, and services must adhere to Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) terms and conditions.
