Submission & Evaluation
Responses must be submitted electronically in Microsoft Word or Adobe PDF format, not exceeding 10 pages (excluding the cover page). Submissions should clearly address how capabilities meet the Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs). The cover page must include the Title, Organization, Point of Contact (POC) information, Topic Area(s), SAM.gov registration status (NAICS 513210), and a list of held ordering vehicles. Respondents should also indicate if similar supplies/services are offered commercially and provide sufficient technical data to demonstrate full compliance with MECs. This is for market research only; no evaluation letters or results will be issued, and phone calls are not permitted.
