Purpose & Overview

This RFI is for market research only and is not a solicitation for proposals or offers. The government seeks information on industry's capability to provide GraphPad Prism licenses, which are essential for statistical analysis within USAMRIID. The software must integrate with existing GraphPad software on a Standard Windows Platform and be used on individual desktop systems.

Minimum Essential Characteristics (MECs)

Respondents should demonstrate their ability to fulfill the following software requirements:

  • Statistical Tests: Perform paired/unpaired t-tests, non-parametric tests (Mann-Whitney, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Wilcoxon, Kruskal-Wallis, Friedman), ANOVA (one-way, two-way, repeated measures), Fisher's exact test, chi-square, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and associated multiple comparison tests.
  • Column Statistics: Calculate descriptive statistics (info, max, quartiles, mean, SD, SEM, CI, CV), frequency distributions, normality testing, one-sample t-tests/Wilcoxon tests, skewness, kurtosis, and outlier identification.
  • Regression & Correlation: Ability to perform linear and nonlinear regression, and correlation.
  • Clinical Lab Statistics: Capability for Bland-Altman plots and Receiver Operator Characteristic (ROC) curves.
  • Licensing: All software licensing, warranty, and services must comply with Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) terms.

  • Submit a capabilities statement (maximum 10 pages, excluding cover page) electronically.
  • The cover page must include title, organization, points of contact, and topic areas addressed.
  • Respondents must be registered in SAM.gov under NAICS code 544210 (Software Publishing).
