This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, specifically River Logistics Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) services for the Grand Canyon National Park (GRCA). The National Park Service (NPS) intends to award up to three firm-fixed-price IDIQ contracts to support NPS mission-driven work along the Colorado River corridor. • Compliance with safety regulations, including zero tolerance for alcohol and illegal drugs.

• Specific operational requirements for Lead Boat Operator, Boat Operator, and Assistant Boat Operator, including certifications (Wilderness First Responder, CPR, Food Handler's Certificate) and experience.

• Contract Type: Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), firm-fixed-price.

• Period of Performance: Anticipated base year with four additional option years, plus a potential 6-month extension.

• Minimum Order Quantity: $2,500.00

• Maximum Order Quantity: $760,000.00
