Key Requirements & Special Conditions

Shelf Life: Items must have not less than 85% shelf-life remaining (10 years for new procurement) at the time of receipt by the Government. Detailed shelf-life marking and remaining duration requirements are specified in DOD 4140.27-M.
Inspection: Government Source Inspection per FAR 52.246-2 is required. The contractor is responsible for all inspection requirements and maintaining records for 365 days post-delivery.
