Scope of Work

The contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, freight, and delivery for the project. Key tasks include:

• Removal of the existing 2-ton mini-split cooling system.
• Installation of a new 2-ton mini-split heating/cooling unit.
• Performing all electrical work necessary for the complete operation of the new units, including wiring, conduit, and electric panel connections. A licensed electrician is required for all electrical work. Work is restricted to weekdays between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding holidays, unless otherwise approved. The project is located at the Great Plains Dispatch Center, 8123 Mount Rushmore Road, Rapid City, SD.
