It also includes intersection improvements at Wiley Oakley Drive and Westgate Resort Road, and Wiley Oakley Drive and Banner Road. Key activities include:

  • Full pavement reconstruction on Gatlinburg Spur Road, Wiley Oakley Drive, Banner Road, and Westgate Resort Road.
