Scope of Work
The project involves the construction of a new-grade separated interchange with an overpass (flyover) bridge, along with on and off ramps to improve acceleration/deceleration lanes on Gatlinburg Spur Road. It also includes intersection improvements at Wiley Oakley Drive and Westgate Resort Road, and Wiley Oakley Drive and Banner Road. Key activities include:
- Full pavement reconstruction on Gatlinburg Spur Road, Wiley Oakley Drive, Banner Road, and Westgate Resort Road.
- Construction of new retaining walls, installation of pavement markings, signs, guardrail, and drainage improvements.
